Neak Oknha Ung Se has benn appointed as assistant to Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia
Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State, issued a Royal Decree appointing Neak Oknha Ung Se as an Assistant to Samdech Moha Bovor Thiapadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, on September 19, 2024.
Neak Oknha Ung Se is the Chairman of PTC Computer Co., Ltd. and an active member of the Cambodian Oknha Association. Neak Oknha Ung Se and his wife, Neak Oknha Tang Wouchlay, were granted the title of “Neak Oknha” by the King on the same day, on August 18, 2023.
Neak Oknha Ung Se and Neak Oknha Tang Wouchlay are the founders of PTC Computer, one of the largest company in Cambodia in the supply of information technology equipment and information technology services for nearly 30 years since 1996.
