Sales Supervisor (Sales Showroom)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarter and annual sales plans.
  • Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market metrics.
  • Highly organized, disciplined and task focused with fine-tuned analytical, troubleshooting skills.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Generate timely sales reports.
  • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
  • Maintain records related to sales.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Ensure delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with service.
  • Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports of sale activities to sale manager.
  • Skilled in resolving customer service issues and finding “Win Win” solutions.
  • Ensures availability of a wide variety of choices of products for the customers by keeping different varieties at various prices and also different brands as well.
  • Introduce new products to the customers and also guide them with the usage of the products.
  • Efficient team member with sound communication, interpersonal, presentation & problem-solving skills including analytical, decision making and leadership capabilities.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and regular feedback.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Experience in supervising detail or equivalent at least 2 years.
  • Good communication in English
