Customer Service Operator

Job Description:

– Claim order part in warranty
– Borrow from stock such as laptop, Desktop , Monitor …etc that need to change for customer
– Return to stock while part arrived
– Checking warranty
– Checking price for order part
– Do quotation and direct sent to customer ( if have request from sales or from customer)
– Purchase spare part for sale, replace for customer in warranty
– Pick up Services in after Technical comment in CRM system with the same day
– Record serial number for brand mentioned above during goods stock in
– Count stock & Clear old stock
– Follow up (email) claim order part with vender to make sure part will arrive PTC and replace for customer on due date
– General services (face to face / phone call with customer to deal the problem related to part replacement, software issue or part order ..etc).
– Sent Laptop, Desktop.. services to customer at province
– Support technical team (provide manual, software download, spare part for test and email contact to vendor for the issue that technical unable to solve ..etc)
– Do weekly report
– Other tasks assigned by Supervisor or managers

– 13th monthly salary

Job Requirements:

– Graduated Bachelor Degree of Marketing or IT
– Good communication or persuading skills
– Basic knowledge of Hardware
– Problem solving skill
– Self-reliant and hardworking
– High level of motivation
– High Level of English proficiency
